History & Context
After several years operating under another franchise in the accounting and tax sector, the Pointax team decided to establish its own firm in Miami-Dade to offer bilingual accounting and tax services to both Latin and U.S. clients. In less than three years, the brand consolidated three offices across Florida.
The Challenge
Design a trustworthy and strategic brand from scratch —not only with a visual identity but also with a solid analytical and communication foundation— differentiating it from its parent franchise and positioning it in Miami-Dade’s highly competitive tax services market.
The Solution
We applied the Phenotype® – BRND® Engineering System methodology, beginning with an exhaustive analysis of the market, competitors, and audiences to validate business hypotheses and define positioning.
From this intelligence, we developed an integrated branding system:
* Naming and tagline (“Our point, your lifestyle”).
* Complete visual identity (logo, color palette, typography, graphic system).
* Verbal tone and key messages.
* Stationery and digital templates for social media, ready for consistent implementation.
The Result
Pointax grew from an emerging project to consolidating three offices in Florida in less than three years, with a brand that conveys professionalism and trust in Miami-Dade’s Latin market and lays the groundwork for its future digital expansion.
