History and Context
Pinkoh! was born with the idea of integrating into a shopping center under one fundamental principle: offering a gastronomic offering that differentiated itself from the existing offerings.
The Challenge
Pork is a staple in the local diet—from pizzas with bacon to burgers with chorizo—but until then, there hadn't been a restaurant specializing exclusively in this ingredient. The challenge was to identify this opportunity and transform it into a clear and attractive offering.
The Solution
A gastronomic concept specializing in pork was structured, with a menu that brought together iconic dishes such as BBQ ribs, ham, and cuts in various formats, without neglecting dishes familiar to the public. This allowed for the creation of a strong and easily recognizable identity. The architectural proposal reinforced the experience, with a large terrace designed for large groups, which provides a social atmosphere and makes the restaurant an ideal space for sharing.
The Result
Pinkoh! It has established itself as a novel, accessible, and highly accepted concept, standing out in the competitive environment thanks to its specialization, dynamic atmosphere, and ability to bring people together around a unique gastronomic experience.
