Description
LifeMax was founded in 2019 with a focus on mobile devices and technical service. With a strong brand identity, it achieved rapid sales growth and consolidated its digital presence.
In 2024, after accelerated growth, the company decided to expand its offerings to include technology in general. This change required a strategic rebrand that would allow it to project a broader reach than originally planned.
The Challenge
The initial identity was closely associated with mobile phones and failed to convey the brand's desired reach in the technology world.
The Solution
The brand's communication and concept were redefined, incorporating graphic complements and a broader narrative to encompass the entire technology sector without losing coherence. During the analysis process, it was identified that speed of delivery was its main competitive advantage, which gave rise to the "Flash Shipping" value proposition, with deliveries in less than two hours in Santiago and less than 48 hours nationwide.
The result
The new identity, along with an SEO-optimized website and campaigns on Google Ads and Instagram, quadrupled monthly sales in less than a year. Today, LifeMax continues to grow exponentially, standing out for its speed, competitive prices, and reliability. It currently offers a broad catalog that includes notebooks, hard drives, gaming peripherals, and accessories, with leading brands such as Apple, Xiaomi, Lenovo, Kingston, Sony, HP, Dell, and Logitech.
