History and Context
Aviu Workforce was founded in Houston, Texas, as a staffing company with local operations and an initial focus on small and medium-sized clients. Thanks to its experience and capabilities, it quickly won larger-scale projects. However, it reached a point where its brand identity and communications no longer reflected the strength needed to attract larger corporate clients.
The Challenge
Repositioning the brand in a competitive market, conveying greater clarity, professionalism, and reliability, both to hiring companies and to talent seekers.
The Solution
The new concept was inspired by chess, as a metaphor for the strategic moves organizations make when selecting and placing talent. Each piece represents key skills and positions, conveying precision, strategy, and scale.
The project included:
A refreshed visual and verbal identity, with a strategic and modern language.
An optimized web platform, with separate areas for clients and applicants, facilitating the connection between both audiences.
A business communication system focused on highlighting reliability, responsiveness, and scalability of services.
The result
The new identity transformed Aviu Workforce into a coherent, professional, and competitive brand, strengthening its position among corporate clients and establishing it as a strategic partner in staffing solutions, with the potential for market expansion.
